Shipping & Delivery
All items purchased online through ALEX TABLE TENNIS are shipped through UPS or Canada Post. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering. The delivery time is listed below:

For orders containing Robots, Tables and Barriers etc. large items, we will contact with you for shipping charges and delivery time before shipping out. Please contact with us if you don't receive a quote from us in one week.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. You must give a shipping address that is not a PO Box. And there is no COD orders.
Store/warehouse Pickup
We offer Store/Warehouse Pickup for local customers in GTA area. There is not shipping charge for Store/Warehouse Pickup. If you choose Store/Warehouse Pickup at checkout, we will have your purchased items ready at the retail store within 1 business day. Please call for pickup appointment.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE SHIPPING to Canada and USA for orders over US$50. For orders under US$50 there is a $3.00 flat shipping charge for UPS Standard service. Robots, Tables, Barriers, etc. large items are not included in this offer. Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska are not included in this offer as well. Please watch carefully in product description. For orders containing Robots, Tables and Barriers etc. large items, we will contact with you for a quote on shipping charges and delivery time before shipping out.

For international orders, please add your items into shopping cart and get an estimate of the shipping cost there.
Handling Fee
There is a handling fee of US$2 on each order. This is in addition to any shipping fees. There is not handling fee for Store Pickup.
Privacy & Security
ALEX TABLE TENNIS respects your privacy and is committed to protect any personal information you share with us. We do not sell, rent, or give personal customer information to any other company. The only exception is the circumstance when we sent the information to our business partners who work on our behalf to full your order, for example when we drop-ship a table to you directly from the manufacturer. In this case, we will provide to our partner only the information required to deliver the service or product, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. Other than this, we will disclose your personal information only if required to do so by law, or to protect personal or public safety.
Returns & Replacements
If any item that you receive is damaged or defective, or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within thirty days of receipt so that we may arrange a replacement. For some items (e.g., robots and tables), depending on the damage/defect, we may arrange a replacement part rather than a replacement item.

Please note that rackets are made of wood, so if a racket breaks in use, this is not considered to be a defect.

Please do not return anything without first contacting us and getting an RA# (Return Authorization Number). Once we give you an RA#, please follow these steps (unless we specifically give you other instructions when we give you the RA#):

Be sure to include your RA# in the first line of the address. If you do not do this, your return will be refused!

3. If you are shipping from outside Canada, specify the contents on the customs declaration form as “Return of merchandise to Canada”. This is important so that the package is not charged duty.
